We came to Provincetown with the girls about 14 years ago. It's exactly the same but different somehow. The streets are narrow and, even though it's not really peak season here yet, there are a lot of people sharing the sidewalks. The thing is everyone seems to be in a good mood. The tour bus crowd of retirees were all enjoying ice cream cones and seafood lunches, often taking pictures of their plates to make their friends at home jealous no doubt. And there were couples in love and playful flirting. Happy mood.
I've mentioned that I just love the New England architecture. The cedar shake Cape Cods are so sweet with their brightly painted doors. We have seen such neat sheds, it makes you want to build one in the backyard just so it can sit there and be cute (of course, after HOA approval).
Love your photos! So many picturesque sights! You're not in Gsithersburg anymore, Toto.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the phone call, good for me to vent and get that ARS reality check.
Tell Charlie I said to take good care of you!
Hugs!!
